5.0 Health and Emergencies in Ukraine – Introduction

Everyone hopes that they won’t need assistance from the health or emergency services when they are staying in Ukraine. However, it is always good to be prepared, and this module will help you to revise the language you will (not?) need!

By working through Module 5 you will practise:

• reading and understanding details on health insurance and provision for visitors to Ukraine
• listening to and understanding information on proposed changes to registering with a doctor while you are in Ukraine
• understanding and filling in the relevant forms
• the vocabulary and grammatical structures needed to understand spoken and written information relating to health and emergencies and to discuss this topic.
